Store Policy

Purchase orders will be processed within hours after order is received. Your items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Depending on the manufacturer, delivery may take between 1-3 weeks. In stock items are shipped to you within 3 business days.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by major Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), checks or money order.

Mail or Fax Orders

Should you choose not to use our safe on-line system and prefer to order by mail, checks or money orders should be made payable to Cribs to Campus. Please include quantity and brief description and or item number. You may elect to utilize the online order to fax or mail us. Upon receipt we will contact you to confirm. You may also fax your order to 732-679-7464. There is no minimum order.

Shipping Costs

For US domestic orders - all items are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

We do ship internationally. For orders outside of the USA – please contact us for freight quotes. Please note that any additional charges i.e. duties and/or taxes by customs will be at the expense of the customer.

Returns

Return requests are accepted up to 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be refunded the original cost of merchandise less our shipping costs if applicable. Please allow processing time. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions must be approved in advance.

We suggest that the customer send their returns via insured mail in the event your return is lost or damaged. Please contact us by e-mail @ us@cribstocampus.com or fax us at 732-679-7464 and supply a brief reason for return. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail within 24 hours from receipt of your request with a return ship to address.

All return must be sent in the original condition and packaging. The returned item must also include original packing list.

Refused-Bad Address

Cribs to Campus will assess a fee equal to the cost of the total freight for items refused or returned, due to incorrect address.

Out of Stock/Back Orders

Back orders are kept for a reasonable amount of time. We will keep you updated and promptly ship as soon as items become available. Please contact us in the event that you do not wish to have your item back ordered.

While we work hard to review the safety of all products, Cribs to Campus cannot be liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on our website. Our products are inspected and safety is our concern. Please follow manufacturer’s instructions.
